Property Refurbishment
One service we offer is refurbishment works. Acquiring a new investment property can tie up your cash flow and further refurbishment works may be needed before renting. We will estimate the costs and carry out refurbishment works – the cost of which can be spread out, even deducted monthly from rental income. We work very closely with our landlords to help them grow as they have been instrumental in our success and expansion as an established estate agent in this highly competitive industry.
